GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE AND USE
Company Identification
The company Montanel Solutions, whose registered office is located at 10 rue de la Liberté, Casablanca, 20060, Morocco, with a share capital of 100,000 MAD, registered in the Casablanca Trade and Companies Register under number 25866, represented by Mr. Abdelkrim El Touni, in his capacity as manager, offers its services subject to acceptance of the following general conditions.

6. Accepted Payment Methods:
Montanel Solutions accepts the following payment methods:
- Cash on Delivery: Payment will be made directly at the time of delivery, with a receipt provided to confirm the transaction.
- Bank Transfer: The order will only be validated after the effective receipt of the transfer into our bank account. Once your order is placed, you will receive an email with complete banking details and instructions to make the transfer securely. Please note that the processing of your order may take a few business days after the transfer is received. No other payment methods will be accepted.
7. Delivery:
We commit to selecting efficient delivery partners to ensure fast turnaround times. For "on-order" products, delivery can vary from 15 to 90 days. If additional time is required, Montanel Solutions will inform you in advance to adjust the delivery conditions.
8. Warranty:
All products sold by Montanel Solutions are guaranteed for one year from the date of purchase. To claim the warranty, the product must be presented in its original packaging, with all accessories in good condition. Damage resulting from improper handling, incorrect assembly, or the use of noncompliant accessories is not covered by the warranty. Claims for damaged products during transport must be made within 24 hours of receipt.
9. Return Policy:
You have the right to return a defective product after verification by our customer service and manufacturer approval. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 7 days of receipt so we can assist you.
10. Changes to General Terms and Conditions:
Montanel Solutions reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will take effect upon their publication on the website. It is advisable to regularly consult this page to stay informed of updates.
